Traditional In-School

Traditional In-School Programs are taught in 30- to 45-min sessions over the 4 to 5 visits. Our JA staff will provide training and all the materials needed to teach the program - and you'll leave with the feeling of truly making a difference in the lives of the students you just taught.

JA In A Day JANI

JA In A Day is a delivery method where all JA program sessions are taught in one 4-5.5 hour day. JA volunteers receive training and all the materials required to teach the program.

Junior Achievement Finance Park brings personal finance to life as students make real-world decisions about careers, income, housing, transportation, savings, and spending. After preparing in the classroom, students put their knowledge into action through an on-site immersive experience that builds confidence in managing money and planning for the future.

JA BizTown® - Fort Wayne

  Where: JA BizTown Facility - JA Headquarters - 550 E Wallen Road, Fort Wayne IN

Junior Achievement BizTown brings learning to life as students step into the roles of workers, consumers, and citizens in a fully interactive simulated town. Through classroom lessons and a hands-on visit, students explore careers, manage money, run businesses, and discover how a community works together.

3DE Coaching/Judging Session

Using your experience, you'll guide students in small groups throughout the school year as they design, pitch, and launch their businesses. You'll help them refine their ideas, navigate challenges, and gain valuable business insights. Training is provided and no special knowledge is needed – just your time, willingness to listen, and coaching spirit!

K-12 Learning Experiences

Young kids are the best. If you have a child in elementary school and want to share your experiences while presenting multimedia financial education and enjoy working with younger kids, contact JA of Northern Indiana to learn more about volunteering with JA!

Middle School students are the best. Volunteering with kids can be so much fun but it helps when those students are more engaged and curious about the future and the kind of jobs that exist. If you enjoy working with kids, contact JA of Northern Indiana to learn more about volunteering with JA.

Young adults are the best. If you enjoy working with kids that are ready to tackle the world but are looking for the paths to be opened up to them and are fascinated by innovation and entrepreneurship, contact JA of Northern Indiana to learn about volunteering with JA.
