JA Essential Work Skills Credential - Employer

Not only is it difficult to find talent with the soft skills you desire, but training can cost an average of $1,252 per person as well as take an average of 33 hours according to data from the Association for Talent Development.

Junior Achievement is committed to preparing young people for the workforce before they enter it. To reach this goal, we connect with young people at multiple stages of their education and teach Essential Work Skills: Creativity & Innovation, Critical & Analytical Thinking, Cultural Agility, Effective Collaboration, Engaging Communication, and Self-Direction. By the time they reach their senior year in high school, 3DE^® students also have the opportunity to earn badges for each of these 6 competencies, culminating in a JA Essential Work Skills Credential.

But we need your help to let young people know which competencies matter most to you!
